Make a quick and easy Nutella Cheesecake (no baking required)

I know you love cheesecake just as much as I do. I mean, who doesn’t, right? Creamy, cheesy deliciousness, and nothing could possibly be better… Mhmmm… WRONG!

The dessert-gods have sent us a miracle and it tastes like the heavenly unification of cheesy fluffiness, paired with sweet and creamy hazelnut chocolate! Ladies and gentlemen, here is the answer to all of your dessert prayers!

NUTELLA CHEESE CAKE, and the best part about it, is that you can make it without ever touching an oven. You just need a few simple ingredients, a refrigerator, and a little bit of time!

We’ll show you how to make this delicious sweet treat:


250g of Plain Sweet Cookies (Graham Crackers / Digestives ect)
100g of Butter
400g Jar of Nutella (Chocolate Hazelnut Spread)
500g of Cream Cheese (at room temperature)
1/2 Cup of Icing Sugar / Powdered Sugar (about 70g)

Preparation Time: About 15 minutes
Chilling Time: About 4 – 5 hours

Lets get started!

No basket Nutella cheesecake Cut 100g of butter into cubes (it melts and blends easier that way) and add one tablespoon of Nutella. Microwave for about one minute until these two are melted together.

Nutella cheesecake crust

Crush your crackers in a food processor. If don’t have one, you can buy one for only about $30!

Place the crushed crackers in a bowl. Pour the Butter-Nutella mixture over the crushed crackers and mix those ingredients together until they’re well blended. The consistency should somewhat resemble the one of wet sand, if that gives you an idea.

Nutella cheesecake crust Take a flat-bottomed glass and press the crust into the spring form. Make sure you leave the crust higher on the outside.

No bake Nutella cheesecake crust Let the crust chill in the fridge for a moment while you prepare the rest of your Nutella Cheesecake.

Nutella cake filling Place your creamcheese in a bowl. Again, it is recommended to cube it (just like the butter earlier) for easier mixing.

Nutella cheesecake filling Sift in your powdered sugar (or confectioners sugar) and mix those two until they are well blended.
Awesome, almost done! Now to the grand finale!!! *drumroll*
Take your glass of Nutella and add it to the cream cheese-sugar mixture. And before you ask, YES, ALL OF IT! Why? Because Nutella is amazing, that’s why. (Not like we actually need a reason)
Mix again, until everything is well blended and you have a creamy texture.

On a side note:
Besides making a nice, creamy chocolate filling, using Nutella also omits the need for any gelatins to make the cheesecake set. Once the Nutella cools down in the fridge, it will harden and set the cake.

No bake cheesecake

Spread your Nutella-cheese mixture evenly over your crust and gently smooth it out a little bit. We want this to look just as good as it tastes, right?
Let everything cool down and chill in the fridge, until the Nutella hardens. That’s it, you’re all set! This no bake cheesecake is incredibly easy to make and the Nutella gives it a unique, sweet, and creamy touch.

No bake cheesecake! Enjoy! But not everything at once. In the end, you didn’t do all this work without being able to brag to your friends!
